Hi, my name is Scott Jenkins and I am working and Living In Stratford CT.

I work full time at Sikorsky, and in an effort to allow my wife to be a stay at home Mom I also work part time as a real estate agent.

Here comes the part where I pitch you about letting me work for you as your real estate agent. Right here is where I should be telling you that I am the best and you shouldn’t be working with anyone else. Well you can forget it! I may or may not be the best real estate agent for you, and here’s why:

I have certain skills that make me a better fit for some people than others. The fact that I know houses and how they are built better than 99.9% of agents out there (my resume ) makes me a good fit for a specific group of house hunters.

• Would you like to learn how to identify a well built home or have someone help you identify one?
• Do you want someone that can help you identify hidden problems with a house before you even consider making an offer? You wouldn’t believe the things that some sellers try to hide with fresh paint and furniture.
• Are you an investor or someone who is looking to identify a house has hidden value that most people are unable to see?
• Would you like help ruling out houses that will likely become a headache or a money pit? A certain home in Trumbull comes to mind.
• Do you want to work with a realtor that enjoys working in a laid back and casual atmosphere? I don’t have the stomach for trying to pressure you into quick decisions that you might regret.
