Need A Realtor To Sell Your House?

Are You In Fairfield County CT and Demand Original Marketing Solutions That Are Tested To Actually Drive Traffic To Your Home?

Do agents have any original ideas left or do they all get their marketing plan from the same book? Here's my original idea.

I Want To Advertise Your House On The First Page Of Google

Most agents marketing plans are just average in my opinion. They advertise your listing to other agents on the multiple listing service and have a few open houses to advertise to potential buyers. Some agents will run classified ads in different local magazines or newspapers.

I do believe these are are good options. Specifically:

Listing on the Multiple Listing Service(MLS):

Most buyers come from this avenue of promotion. Listing on the Connecticut MLS is a must do. Making your house available for other agents to show their clients is absolutely the most important thing you can do. Then aggressively putting your house in front of those agents again and again is also key.

Having Open Houses:

The jury is out on just who benefits most from having open houses. Does the agent or the home seller actaully benefit? Potential home buyers come through the door to look at the house and they all become potential clients for that agent. A small percentage of buyers actually see your house for the first time at your open house.

Classified Listings:

Depending on where and when the ads are placed they can be good too. You never know who is picking up those books and newspapers. Is the person holding that ad looking in your town, in your price range, for your number of bedrooms etc.? Exposure isn't worth much when it's not directly targeted to people who are looking for what you are offering. Being in a magazine mixed in with the rest of the county isn't exactly targeted to local buyers in my opinion.
How can I possibly claim to get your house on the first page of google?

That probably sounds like a pretty bold claim to you. It get worse, but just bear with me for a moment.

It's not black magic or some special secret formula I cooked up to make the search engines fall in love with my web pages. (Although placing an ad for your houses webpage in the right place using the right key terms could do that.) It's called pay per click (ppc) advertising and it's probably how you ended up on this webpage in the first place.

I will run ads on popular search engines like google, ask, and at&t. People will click the ads and your homes webpage will be right in front of them.

If having your home advertised on the first page of google sounds like something you think may be valuable to you than let me know. I will make up a personal webpage sample for you so you can see axactly what your house will look like on the internet. You can call me at (203)218-3109 or me at Scott@cthousehunting.com and I will put together a sample for you right away. There's no obligation and I expect absolutely nothing from you in return. You can even keep the webpage to use for your own advertising campaigns. It's all part of being a service oriented professional.

May your future sale be stress free.
