The CT MLS or Connecticut multiple listing service is basically the clearing house for all properties sold by real estate agents in Connecticut. When a homeowner is considering putting their home on the market as ready to be sold the homeowner contacts a real estate agent. The real estate agent collects the property data and takes pictures of your homes exterior and intertior features.

They will put pictures of your living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and every conceivable detail about your home into the database. Real estate agents with clients looking to buy homes in Fairfield County will log into the CT MLS and search for homes matching their clients criteria. They will then present those homes to their clients.
